Case Manager - Clients with Intellectual Disabilities
KBH is currently looking for full, or part time Adult Developmental Services Case Manager to work with adults with intellectual disabilities in the Augusta or Waterville area. The successful candidate will work as part of a clinical team to deliver services to adults who are eligible for ID case management per DHHS. Responsibilities of the case manager include on-going assessment, knowledge and understanding of community resources, advocacy, and collaboration with other providers, in addition to offering high-quality service to our consumers.
We are looking for an organized, compassionate, and eager candidate who will have excellent language, interpersonal and self-management skills, and enjoys working as part of a team. At least one year of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities or Autism is required. An experienced case manager is desired, however, we will offer training on the technical aspects of the work to the right candidate.
The candidate must also have a Bachelor's degree in social services or related field, and be LSW eligible.
