Youth/Adult Outreach Case Manager
Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Youth/Adult Outreach Case Manager (full time) to work with our Outreach Program. The principal role of the Youth/Adult Outreach Case Manager is to provide outreach, engagement and referral resources to the homeless population who also experience serious mental illness or co-occurring serious mental illness and substance abuse disorders. This position does require a fair amount of travel. The primary location for this position will be Kennebec and Somerset counties. Candidates must also be flexible to working a non-traditional schedule.
Requirements: These positions require a B.A. or B.S. in Social Service, Mental Health or a related field and MHRT/C certification. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license. SOAR Specialist Training preferred.
