Kennebec Behavioral Health is pleased to welcome three new board members who will help support our mission and bring new ideas on how to improve KBH’s care in the community.
The Raegan LaRochelle and Terri Vieira have joined the KMHA Parent Board. Raegan was nominated by Patsy Crockett of the KMHA Foundation board. As an Augusta resident and owner of a property management and consulting business, Raegan has wonderful insight into the needs of the Augusta community. She is formerly a City Counselor in Augusta, and is currently serving in the Maine Legislature and represents House District 86. The board welcomes her experience and knowledge.
Terri Vieira was nominated by Lori Fiandaca of the KMHA Foundation board. Terri is recently retired as the CEO of Sebasticook Valley Hospital and has worked in the Northern Light family of facilities for a number of years. Prior to retirement, Terri worked as CEO of both Inland Hospital and Sebasticook Valley. Her experience in the health care field is an invaluable asset to the parent board.
Erica Golden has joined the KMHA Foundation Board. She was nominated by Megan Stiles of the KMHA Foundation board. Erica is currently a Long-Term Care Ombudsmen for the State of Maine. Erica has previously worked in a number of healthcare settings for both Mental Health and persons with Intellectual Disabilities.
Kennebec Behavioral Health has four boards that support operations. These boards include the KMHA Parent Board, KMHA Foundation Board, KBH Programs & Services Board and KMHA Real Estate Board. Every year, the boards seek to introduce a diversity of new ideas and experiences through new board members. KBH is happy to include these three individuals as we plan the future of the organization.
