KBH was once again named one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for 2023.
On October 11, 2023, KBH attended the Best Places to Work Awards Celebration at the Augusta Civic Center. This year, KBH came in 13th place in the Large Companies category.
KBH is always grateful to the staff who fill out the anonymous survey These surveys are a valuable resource for the agency to improve the work environment. Staff can answer questions about benefits, leadership, communication and overall work experience. Full management can then look at the anonymous results to see in which categories the agency is doing well with staff and where improvements need to be made.
