Kennebec Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Director to join their leadership team for their 38 beds of residential programming located in Augusta, Waterville, and Skowhegan.

The Assistant Director will work directly with the Clinical Director of Residential Programming, to supervise and support a team of Program Managers as they oversee the day to day operations of 5 residential programs serving and supporting individuals in their recovery goals. The Assistant Director, will help set the clinical course of treatment for residents of the programs, using client-centered approaches to care while simultaneously leading teams to operational and clinical excellence . This leadership role directly influences and supports the professional development of program managers as well as residential support staff providing direct care services to individuals with mental illness in a residential setting.

Requirements: LCSW, or LCPC (or LCSW-Conditional, or LCPC-Conditional).
