Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking a dynamic full-time Med Clinic Administrative Coordinator to join our Waterville team! The Administrative Coordinator provides direct administrative support to the Administrator of Clinic Based Services, Medical Director, Associate Medical Director and Practice Managers.
The Med Clinic Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for working with practice/office managers to maximize the efficiency of daily schedules, manages meetings by contacting and coordinating attendee schedules, coordinate arrangements for special meetings and events, coordinates time off for med clinic providers and ensures office and clinical coverage, and provides support and resources on special assignments. The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible taking meeting minutes during meetings.
Requirements – Associates degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience); minimum of 2 years working in a healthcare setting. Administrative Coordinator experience preferred.
