KBH is currently looking for full time Adult Developmental Services Case Manager to work with adults with intellectual disabilities in the Skowhegan, and Waterville areas. The successful candidate will work as part of a clinical team to deliver services to adults who are eligible for ID case management per DHHS. Responsibilities of the case manager include on-going assessment, knowledge and understanding of community resources, advocacy, and collaboration with other providers, in addition to offering high-quality service to our consumers.

Children's Case Manager - Skowhegan

Want to be part of a dedicated team that helps children and families? KBH has a full time position in the Skowhegan area for a Children's Case Manager. The successful candidates will work as part of a team to deliver services to children with emotional/behavioral disorders, mental illness, mental retardation, pervasive developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Do you enjoy collaborating and working in the community? Responsibilities for case management include continual assessment, knowledge of resources in the community and referral for resources, collaboration with other providers, advocacy, and assuring for quality services.

Regional Assistant Director of Case Management Services

If you are seeking a supportive team environment working with a progressive case management program, this opportunity is for you!  Our case management team consists of fifty child and adult providers and five supervisors. The person accepting this position will supervise our Waterville region.  We provide Children's Targeted Case Management, Behavioral Health Home services (adult & child), and Community Integration. It is important that you are knowledgeable and able to provide resources about a variety of service delivery models including supports for children, adults, residential treatment, geriatrics, integrated care, supporting individuals who are temporarily homeless, Autism spectrum disorders, and youth in transition.
