Psychiatric Medication Services for Adults and Children

Appropriate medical prescriptions, medication monitoring, reviews, supports and evaluation of possible medication side effects are services which are provided. Services help identify psychiatric or psychosocial problems, and recommendations can be made regarding appropriate management and referrals. Services are coordinated with primary care providers.
