Medication Clinic

Child Psychiatrist  Child Psychiatrist – Waterville, Maine (No call & No weekends)
Our organization operates Maine’s largest Medication Clinic at four sites in our region. We are looking for a Child Psychiatrist to join our team. Outpatient

Outpatient Clinician-Waterville 
Will consider full time, part time, or per diem candidates. You will deliver of individual (both children & adult), family, and group psychosocial therapy services to clients of all ages, while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits your individual lifestyle. The minimum qualification for this position is licensure as a LMSW or LCPC Conditional with LCSW or LCPC preferred.

 
 
 
Child and Family Services - Family Behavioral Health and Visitation Services

Family Behavioral Health Clinician Full or Part-time. Seeking a licensed clinician to work as part of a clinical team serving the Kennebec and/or southern Somerset Counties. This position provides the opportunity to work with children/families in home and community settings, to facilitate a family's ability to manage a child's problem behaviors/symptoms and to improve parent's knowledge/skills.
Requires a Master's degree or above, and experience with children and families is a must. Previous experience working with families in home settings, or at least the desire to work with families where they live is essential. LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or PH.D. is desired. LMSW-Conditional Clinical, LCPC- Conditional or LMFT-Conditional with appropriate experience will be considered

MST Therapist – Augusta.  Full time position in the Augusta area. Provide short-term, time-limited, crisis-oriented counseling services to identified families with children at risk of removal from home or those returning from outside placement. Successful candidates will receive two years of extensive training in innovative Multisystemic Therapy for children and families. Must have the ability to interact with parents and children in emotionally challenging circumstances on a daily basis. Independently licensed, with a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related subject area preferred, but will consider bachelor’s level candidates with related work experience with families in home or community based settings.
 
Supported Housing Program

Residential Support Workers--There is a sign on bonus ($500.00) for those who are selected for full time schedules.   Full time and per diem in Augusta. Engages in case management activities with individuals which include: intake, assessment, services plan development, linking and coordination of services, services advocacy, and monitoring and evaluation services. Assists individuals with the Individual Support Planning process and identification. Participates in crisis intervention services with individuals. Performs skill building and resource development activities based on individual needs. Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with one year of relevant experience or Associate's Degree in Human Services with three years of relevant experience required. MHRT/C certified or eligible for MHRT/C Provisional required. Valid Maine Driver’s License. (R)

Internships

Undergraduate Internships in our Access Center  Our staff provides centralized access to services at all of our locations. Access Center is the first point of entry for clients seeking services at Kennebec Behavioral Health, and has provided interns with ongoing practical training and weekly clinical supervision with great results. The unpaid internships offer a variety of learning opportunities, including interview training, technical training, and practice in case review. We also offer opportunities for interns to be involved in some of our research and process improvement projects. We have found the internship program very rewarding for student, staff, and patients. Clubhouse Services

High Hopes Clubhouse Unit Coordinator  Full Time - Join the staff of our High Hopes Clubhouse, one of two Internationally Certified Clubhouses in the State that specializes in psychiatric rehabilitation. Work with Clubhouse Members in the development of workplace social & vocational skills.

Minimum requirement for the position is certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) with an Associate's Degree in Social Services or a related field. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Also requires experience working with clients with mental illness, with Clubhouse and/or vocational experience preferred.


 
 
Fiscal Services

Accounts Receivable Billing Manager-Waterville   We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Receivable Manager to manage and coordinate all facets of the billing and earned revenue functions of a $22M Behavioral Health agency. This newly-created position will oversee the timely billing, payment recognition, and collection and write-off processes in accordance with current policies and regulations. The new Manager will be an efficient systems thinker and problem solver and will work collaboratively with departmental managers to maintain optimal automated systems. He/She will also provide (and develop as needed) analytical data, key metrics, and reports necessary to evaluate our systems, productivity, revenue, and payment collection.
The position supervises a staff of 5 and interfaces with managers, IT staff, auditors, as well as payers and grantors and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, healthcare finance, or related field
3-5 years supervisory experience
Experience with integrated EMR and billing systems
Experience with MaineCare, Medicare, DHHS, and third party billing
Strong database and spreadsheet skills
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, policies and regulatory requirements
CPAM or other Medical Billing Certification a plus
