Behavioral Health Professional

KBH is currently seeking a full time Behavioral Health Professional! This position is available for a passionate individual with a desire to be an active team member of a Home and Community Treatment (HCT) program that covers the Augusta/Lewiston areas. This program provides time limited, intensive, counseling and behavioral intervention services in a home or community setting to families with children. Staff will work closely with a licensed clinician to model and teach behavioral management, symptom management and parenting skills. The successful applicant will have a good grounding in child development and behavioral interventions, as well as having experience working with young children and their families. This is an excellent learning opportunity for individuals currently working toward or considering working toward their advanced degree in social work/mental health. Executive Assistant

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

Access Center Specialist - Augusta

Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking an Access Center Specialist to join our team in Augusta! Peer Support Specialist

Medical Assistant - Winthrop & Augusta

Kennebec Behavioral Health is seeking a Medication Clinic Medical Assistant who will assist our nursing staff in providing nursing services to clients of our Medication Clinics in Winthrop and Augusta. Clients include children, families, and adults. If you are passionate about changing the lives of the people in our community, we are looking for you!

Duties of this position will include obtaining vital signs on all patients and relaying information to providers in a timely fashion, providing case management and crisis intervention, responding to client calls and coordinating client care and providing telephone crisis intervention. Additional responsibilities will include teaching healthy life skills including information about pharmacotherapy and the interpretation of prescriptions, and assessing and identifying the differing developmental treatment needs of adult, child, male, female, and geriatric clients. Director of Billing/Patient Financial Services

Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking an experienced billing professional to lead our Patient Financial Services team in Waterville!  The primary duty of the Director of Patient Financial services us to oversee the delivery of all billing and related services to clients and/or appropriate third party payors from inception of charge to final payment for services provided.  Duties will include fee schedule management, contract review with all third party carriers and monitoring reimbursement trends to ensure contract compliance and trends in the industry.  This position is a supervisory role and will include supervision of managed care admissions, patient financial services and credentialing staff.  Read more about Director of Billing/Patient Financial Services
