MST Therapist - Skowhegan, Waterville, Augusta

Counseling, social work or psychology professionals with at least a Bachelor's degree in your field - could you imagine:

Children's Case Manager - Waterville

Want to be part of a dedicated team that helps children and families? KBH has a full time position in the Waterville area for a Children's Case Manager. The successful candidates will work as part of a team to deliver services to children with emotional/behavioral disorders, mental illness, mental retardation, pervasive developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Do you enjoy collaborating and working in the community? Responsibilities for case management include continual assessment, knowledge of resources in the community and referral for resources, collaboration with other providers, advocacy, and assuring for quality services.

Outpatient/Substance Abuse Clinician

 KBH is currently seeking an Outpatient Clinicians to provide office based clinical assessment and therapy services that promote long term recovery and improved health. This is a Masters level clinical position focused on providing outpatient services for clients in the Augusta and Waterville areas who experience serious emotional disturbance, behavioral health disorders, and/or substance misuse disorders.

Developmental Services Targeted Case Manager

KBH is currently looking for full time Adult Developmental Services Case Manager positions in Kennebec and Somerset Counties.  The successful candidate will work as part of a clinical team to deliver services to adults who are eligible for ID case management per DHHS.  Responsibilities of the case manager include on-going assessment, knowledge and understanding of community resources, advocacy, and collaboration with other providers, in addition to offering high-quality service to our consumers.

Senior Accountant

Are you well-organized with impeccable attention to detail? Sadly, our long term Senior Accountant will be retiring so Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking a full-time staff member to join our Waterville team. They will be responsible for managing a broad range of accounting functions (journal entries, analysis, reconciliations, reports ), reviewing payroll and accounts payable, and assisting with other reporting, budgeting, and audit related duties.

Behavioral Health Professionals (BHP)

KBH is currently seeking a full time Behavioral Health Professional! This position is available for a passionate individual with a desire to be an active team member of a Home and Community Treatment (HCT) program that covers the Augusta and Waterville areas. This program provides time limited, intensive, counseling and behavioral intervention services in a home or community setting to families with children. Staff will work closely with a licensed clinician to model and teach behavioral management, symptom management and parenting skills. The successful applicant will have a good grounding in child development and behavioral interventions, as well as having experience working with young children and their families. This is an excellent learning opportunity for individuals currently working toward or considering working toward their advanced degree in social work/mental health.

Program Nurse (RNC) - $2500 Hire Incentive

Kennebec Behavioral Health is seeking a Nurse with mental health and psychiatric nursing experience to join our Supported Housing and Community Living Skills Programs in the Augusta, Waterville, and Skowhegan areas. We offer competitive wages and benefits and the chance to work for a multi-site mental health provider who's been serving our communities for more than 50 years.  The Nurse we are seeking will provide nursing services and case management as part of the interdisciplinary management team to adults living in our Supported Housing sites as well as clients in our community. A very large percentage of this candidate's job will be to work with the medication management aspect, including staff training and education, ongoing oversight, and compliance assurance. The position requires travel within Northern Kennebec and Somerset Counties to residential houses, client homes and KBH locations, as necessary.

Assistant Director of School-Based Services

Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking an experienced individual for the role of Assistant Director to our School-Based Services program. The primary duties include providing management and clinical supervision to staff and interns who work for our Central Maine schools.  This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of contracts, working with school administrators to ensure a value added, and providing responsive service for students and school staff.

Maintenance Specialist

Full time position Monday-Friday. Our position requires a flexible generalist who can perform a variety of maintenance duties that include carpentry, painting, plumbing and grounds keeping. This position provides facility maintenance at our various locations and includes assisting with snow removal in the winter and landscaping in the spring & summer.

Youth Outreach Case Manager

Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking an Outreach Case Manager (full time) to work with our Youth Outreach Program. KBH is currently offering a $1,000 hire incentive for the chosen candidate. The principal role of the Outreach Case Manager is to provide outreach, engagement and referral resources to the homeless population who also experience serious mental illness or co-occurring serious mental illness and substance abuse disorders. The primary location for these positions will be Kennebec and Somerset Counties. Candidates must also be flexible to working a non-traditional schedule.

KBH is currently seeking a Registered Nurse with mental health experience to join our Behavioral Health Homes Case Management Team!  Our Nurse Care Manager will work as part of our Behavioral Health Homes team to provide nursing services to children, adults and families. PATH Peer Navigator

Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking full-time and per diem Residential Support Aides to work in Waterville, Augusta, or Skowhegan. A full MHRT/1 preferred; MHRT/1 Provisional, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation required. *Completed CPR and First Aid certifications will be taken into consideration and KBH will train and provide Provisional MHRT/1 certifications to approved candidates. Shift differentials available for evening and night coverage.
